It’s useful to have a backup plan! It’s also useful to have a jump-forward plan that tells you how you will feel, and what you will need, when you are busy enjoying life after achievement.

Determining what the big picture is for you, what are those things in life you want most to accomplish; these are the large-scale goals you want to achieve * Break the large-scale goals down into smaller goals that you must meet in order to reach the big picture goals * Once you have a plan, determine how to work toward each small goal that helps you gain a closer walk to the big picture goals.

The goal process starts with lifetime goals and works down to things you can do today to start moving toward the ultimate lifetime goals you set. Determine what you would like to achieve ten years into the future. Determine all important areas in your life and diet and start setting goals and motivation in those categories.

I can’t tell you how many times in the past where I’ve said I was going to accomplish something, set out a plan, and didn’t accomplish it. Now there were many reasons why I didn’t get it done but the biggest reason I didn’t is because I simply didn’t have a strong enough belief that I could.

I’ve heard the saying a million times: “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t … You are right!

This saying is so true. Think about it for a second..
