<p>(7) Pack food. Always bring healthy food with you,(Many choose fruit and nuts) Packing your lunch to work is a great idea, along with a bunch of snacks to keep you satisfied all day without eating the donuts someone brought as a treat!</p>

<p>At the higher temperatures your pizza could be done in 8 to 12<br />minutes (if not frozen) In that time the crust will become<br />golden, the cheese will melt and brown, and the flavors will be<br />superb.</p>
<p>At 200 degrees, the crust will probably never brown, and instead<br />turn tough and chewy. The cheese will look like you left it on<br />your dashboard on a hot summer day. and the flavor&#8230; after<br />baking for such a long time, there probably won&#8217;t be much flavor<br />to speak of.</p>
<p>Now, I probably shouldn&#8217;t be talking about pizza to people who<br />want to lose weight (me included.)</p>
<p>But it&#8217;s a good analogy.</p>
<p>If you work out a little bit for a long time (like an hour of<br />treadmill walking) you&#8217;ll get exercise.</p>
